Rhode Island State Police Issue 2011 Preliminary Report for Statewide Crime

The Rhode Island State Police have issued their preliminary state report for overall crime statistics at the state level.

At the state level, some of 2011’s most common crimes were: simple assault; burglary (breaking/entering); vandalism/destruction; drug violations; and, larceny.  This continues the trend of 2010 where these five crimes were the most statistical prevalent at the state level.
