Bristol Police charged RWU student with possession of marijuana. The University began its own student misconduct investigation at the same time. After examining the evidence and manner in which the seizure occurred, the criminal case was dismissed, the student’s record was sealed, and the student conduct investigation closed without charges.
The Result – Case Dismissed.
