Bristol Police charged Roger Williams University student with arson after a dumpster fire. The University began its own student conduct investigation. Once Attorney Grasso was able to secure video surveillance and interview several relevant witnesses, the arson charge was discharged and no action was taken by the University of the student.
The Result – No Campus Violation.
