Rhode Island School of Design student in a long-term dating relationship was accused of several instances of nonconsensual sexual contact, sexual assault, soon after he ended their relationship. Attorney Grasso and his client spent countless hours examining, assembling and preparing volumes of digital evidence that seriously called into question his accuser’s allegations. After sharing his comprehensive attack on the lack of evidence and providing a significant amount of his own evidence to the college and to his accuser, his accuser suddenly recanted and the case was closed without any hearing or other fact finding.
