After Bryant University EMS responded to a student passed out, police suspected that he may have overdosed on prescription medication that did not belong to him. Without a complete investigation, campus police pointed the finger at our student and then called in the local police. Attorney Grasso worked diligently with local police and campus security to clear our student of very serious wrongdoing.
The Result – No charges filed.
