Brown University student became the target of a delayed accusation of nonconsensual sexual assault. Attorney Grasso lead the investigation with witness interviews, forensic examinations of various digital media, and other efforts to develop exonerating information. After assembling the evidence and delivering it during several deliberate interrogations that steered the college investigator to explore various undisclosed sources, the case was summarily dismissed for lack of evidence. The University decided that a need for trial was not supported by the evidence.
