Lawful Permanent Resident Has Conviction Vacated

Client was a lawful permanent resident alien who plead guilty to two counts of possession with intent to deliver more than a kilo of cocaine 10 years ago.

On collateral attack, we had her conviction vacated because she received ineffective assistance of counsel.  Back before the trial court, her case was amended to a non-conviction.

Client will be eligible to naturalize and be permitted to travel to birthplace without fear of being denied readmission to the United States.
