Rhode Island Family Law Case – Hazard v. Hazard

Rhode Island’s highest court holds that it was not a mutual mistake when the parties to a divorce relied on an appraisal of real estate that was alleged to have been made in error. Instead, the former wife is entitled to full payment of the prior agreed upon valuation of the husband’s real estate.
